Front Office Agent - Receptionist
Tasks & Responsibilities:- Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences.
- Assisting Front Office Reception with check ins-outs and various operational needs
- Welcoming and escorting guests to their rooms
- Handling and addressing guest complaints in a professional manner
- Providing concierge services for our guests, information about amenities, area and promote services
- Initiate and implement upselling techniques, to promote hotel services and facilities, to maximize room occupancy and overall revenue
Qualifications:
- 2-3 years minimum experience in a similar position in 4 or 5 hotels and familiarity with luxury hospitality standards
- Degree in Hospitality / Tourism is preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
- Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about the job
- Computer literacy and excellent MS Office skills
- Good knowledge about OTAs and online booking channels
- Previous experience in the use of PMS Pylon.
- Outgoing personality with customer-oriented and professional attitude
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent team working skills
