We are seeking a reliable and skilled Maintenance Technician

to join our hotel’s technical team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for

ensuring that our facilities are kept in prime condition, providing a safe and

functional environment for our guests and staff. You will perform a wide range

of tasks, from routine inspections and plumbing repairs to general “handyman”

duties such as painting and hardware installations. If you are a problem-solver

with a “can-do” attitude and a high attention to detail, we would love to meet

you.

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following

criteria:

• Experience: Minimum of 3
• years of proven experience in general maintenance, preferably
• within the hospitality or construction industry.
• 
  
• 
  
• Technical Background: Strong plumbing
• background with the ability to troubleshoot and repair leaks,
• faucets, and drainage systems.
• 
  
• 
  
• Handyman Skills: Proficiency in
• general technical tasks, including:
• 
  
• 
  
• 
  
• Painting and plastering.
• 
  
• 
  
• Basic carpentry and
• furniture repairs (e.g., hinges, locks, drillings/fittings).

• 
  
• General masonry and
• tiling repairs.
• 
  
• 
  
• Availability: Ability to work in
• shifts and handle emergency repairs if necessary.

• 
  
• Language: Basic
• communication skills in English (to interact with staff and guests).
