Odysseus A Cruises, based at Adamas Port on Milos Island in the Cyclades, is seeking an Office Assistant for the upcoming 2026 season (May–October). This role supports the daily operations of the company, ensuring seamless coordination between the office, crew, and clients. This role involves trip preparation, guest communication, data entry, compliance procedures, and front-office duties, contributing to an exceptional guest experience and smooth operational workflow.
Key responsibilities:
1.Operational Support
·Assist the Office Manager with day-to-day operational tasks related to team coordination, client support, and company procedures.
·Prepare and manage documentation for all upcoming trips, including passenger lists, charter party agreements, and check-in lists.
·Scan, organize, and upload all trip documentation into the company’s internal cloud system.
2.Trip Coordination
·Coordinate cold dieses for one of the boats of the company (cheese platters, fruit bowls/plates, sandwiches), and deliver them.
3.Compliance & Data Management
·Submit required data for each trip to online government’s system.
·Enter passenger details into the booking system for all reservations.
·Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for operational and compliance purposes.
4.Guest Communication & Service
·Send check-in SMS notifications to guests prior to their trip.
·Request post-trip reviews from clients.
·Welcome and host guests in the office, provide information about products and trip offerings, and assist with reservations.
5.Front Desk Duties
·Maintain the front office area ensuring a professional, clean, and guest-friendly environment.
