Assistant Accountant (Travel) 

Antaeus Travel Group is looking for an Accountant Assistant with accounting experience in  the travel industry that will support the department’s day-to-day business operations. The  successful candidate will be responsible for processing and verifying invoices. 

Responsibilities: 

• Processing and verifying invoices 

• Reconciliating bank and credit cards 

• Boat tickets invoicing 

• GDS Procedures 

• Amadeus Refunds & Void Tickets 

• Non-BSP Reconciliation 

• Reconciliating with suppliers and communicating with clients 

Requirements: 

• Graduate Certificate in Tertiary Education 

• Minimum 2 years of Accounting experience in the travel industry 

• Fluent in Greek and knowledge of English at C2 level 

• Knowledge of Panasoft ERP program (Travel Force) 

• Excellent Use of Microsoft Office Programs (Word, Excel, Outlook) • Experience in the travel industry will be considered a plus 

• Proficiency in local tax regulation and accounting
