The Mission

Forget the traditional hotel lobby. This is a specialized office-based role where you act as the primary point of contact for our global membership base. You are the heartbeat of their vacation planning, crafting bespoke itineraries, managing luxury logistics, and ensuring our members feel like VIPs long before they leave home. 

Core Responsibilities

· Design personalized travel experiences across our global resort portfolio and elite affiliate properties.

· Manage complex travel arrangements, including private transportation, specialized dining, award-winning spa treatments, and exclusive local excursions.

· Provide sophisticated, high-touch support via phone and digital channels, acting as the professional voice of the brand.

· Act as a dedicated advocate for members, utilizing diplomatic conflict-resolution skills to address concerns and exceed service expectations.

· Maintain an expert-level understanding of local attractions, venues, and seasonal events to provide authoritative recommendations.

Who You Are

· You have an exceptional command of the English language (native-level preferred). Fluency in secondary languages is a significant advantage for our international clientele.

· You have a background in luxury hospitality, premium retail, or high-end guest relations or you have the raw talent and drive to learn.

· You are familiar with Google Workspace/Office 365; CRM or reservation experience is a plus.

· You thrive in a fast-paced environment, possess an eagle eye for detail, and uphold the highest standards of discretion.
