NIGHT Auditor requested for customer service in airbnb properties in Athens. 

The work is carried out remotely, unless an emergency occurs to our apartments. Hours of work from 20.00 to 2.00. 

Tasks

- Handle communication and support our Airbnb guests experiencing emergencies.

- Visit residential properties in case of emergencies (e.g. missing keys, lockbox problems).

- Maintain detailed records of each case for the morning shift team

Requirements

- Experience in a similar position will be a plus.

- Excellent ability to communicate in English, both written and spoken, is a must.

- Proficiency in MS Office is required.

- Means of transport available.

- Excellent Customer Skills as well as the ability to problem solve.

- General understanding of preventive and on-going maintenance.

- Working knowledge of property management software will be a plus.
