Front Office Agent - Receptionist

Tasks & Responsibilities:

  • Ensuring and providing flawless, upscale, professional and high-class guest service experiences.
  • Assisting Front Office Reception with check ins-outs and various operational needs
  • Welcoming and escorting guests to their rooms
  • Handling and addressing guest complaints in a professional manner
  • Providing concierge services for our guests, information about amenities, area and promote services
  • Initiate and implement upselling techniques, to promote hotel services and facilities, to maximize room occupancy and overall revenue


Qualifications:

  •  2-3 years minimum experience in a similar position in 4 or 5 hotels and familiarity with luxury hospitality standards
  •  Degree in Hospitality / Tourism is preferred
  •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Greek.
  •  Self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate about the job
  •  Computer literacy and excellent MS Office skills
  •  Good knowledge about OTAs and online booking channels
  •  Previous experience in the use of PMS Pylon.
  •  Outgoing personality with customer-oriented and professional attitude
  •  Ability to work under pressure
  •  Excellent team working skills
