JOB Title: Construction Engineer

Position Overview: We are seeking a talented Construction Engineer/Foreman or Construction Project manager to play a key role in the planning, design, and execution of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil engineering, real estate development, and construction management, with a passion for delivering high-quality, sustainable developments.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with architects, designers, and project managers to develop comprehensive construction plans and schedules.

Conduct feasibility studies and site assessments to evaluate project viability and potential challenges.

Oversee all aspects of construction, including site preparation, foundation work and structural systems.

Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning regulations, and environmental standards.

Manage contractor bidding and selection processes, negotiating contracts and agreements as needed.

Monitor construction progress and quality, identifying and addressing any issues or delays.

Coordinate with government agencies, utility providers, and other stakeholders to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

Implement sustainable design and construction practices to minimize environmental impact and maximize energy efficiency.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field or experience as a project manager in the building sector. 

Proven experience in development and construction engineering, with a focus on residential and commercial projects.

Strong knowledge of construction techniques, materials, and building systems.

Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
