Position Overview: We are seeking a Junior Travel Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proficient in English, has excellent computer skills, and thrives under pressure. As a Junior Travel Agent, you'll support the booking process for business travel, including flights, hotels, and other travel-related services, while providing outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Booking Coordination: Assist in booking flights, hotels, car rentals, and other travel-related services for business clients.
• Customer Support: Provide after-service support to clients, addressing any issues or concerns during their travels.
• Recordkeeping: Maintain accurate records of bookings and client details.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.
