WE are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Real Estate Bookkeeper to join our dynamic team. As a Real Estate Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions related to our real estate properties, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast- paced environment. Responsibilities: Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable for real estate properties Process rental payments and deposits accurately and in a timely manner Reconcile property management accounts and bank statements Prepare financial reports, including profit and loss statements and cash flow analysis Assist with budgeting and forecasting for real estate projects Maintain accurate records of property expenses, including maintenance and repairs Coordinate with property managers and other team members to ensure financial data is up to date Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations governing real estate transactions Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or related field preferred Proven experience as a bookkeeper preferably in a real estate environment Strong understanding of real estate financial principles and practices Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations governing real estate transactions If you are a motivated and detail- oriented individual with a passion for real estate finance, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
