GRECOTEL is looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage restaurant operations to ensure smooth running of the outlet, including effective management of staffing levels, inventory, budgeting, and financial reporting
• Train, motivate, coach, and discipline employees, ensuring staff are delivering on the Grecotel brand values and standards of service excellence
• Implement effective procedures for food and beverage quality control, presentation, and service according to Grecotel’s standards
• Liaise with the Executive Chef and F&Β Manager on menu planning, promotions, and special events
• Maintain knowledge of local competition and make recommendations to continually improve Grecotel’s offerings and remain competitive
• Manage guest feedback and resolve complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in a restaurant management position within a luxury hotel or resort
• Proven experience in managing and supervising teams, with the ability to motivate and build morale
• Strong understanding of budget management, financial reporting, and forecasting Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to uphold high service standards
• Deep understanding of food and beverage service procedures and quality control Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
