ANDRONIKOS Hotel in Mykonos is looking for Night Front Office Receptionist. They will report to Front Office Manager and Operations Manager.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Greet and Welcome guests including arrivals, departures, and those that walk-in
• Taking responsibility of the hotel and ensuring the safety of guests’ after daytime management has left. Including walking around the property on a regular basis and monitoring the security cameras
• Answer and screen all internal and external phone calls and hotel Whatsapp ? take any messages that are for other departments Sales etc
• Manage security of monies and reports of all departments, completing EOD procedure
• Ability to complete check in and out procedures, use of operating system, uploading information of new arrivals, and for the following day preparing the bills of departures and printing reports for all departments
• Monitoring the carpark, ensuring guests leave their keys at the reception in case you must adjust the vehicles and motorbikes accordingly
• Communicating with guests for all requests and inquiries during the night to the best of their knowledge.
• Address and resolve guests’ complaints to the best of their capability during the night and always notify the Primary receptionist and Front office Manager the following morning
• Works as a member of the overall hotel team to ensure that each guest receives a high quality of service and experience that exceeds their expectation
• Ensure the reception area and lobby is tidy and presentable

Qualifications:

• Good general level of education ? minimum High School Diploma
• 2-3 years previous experience in 4-5 hotels as night reception or main reception.
• Minimum 2 years experience in customer service
• Proper communication etiquette in both Greek and English; and preferably 3rd language (eg Spanish, Italian, German or French)
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Good Knowledge of computer functions
• Knowledge of hotel operating system Protel is a bonus; however, training will be given.
• Exceptional customer service skills
