CUSTOMER experience officer (Arabic-desk)
We are a newly established company for Forex who are looking to hire an Arabic-speaking customer
experience officer with experience in the Forex and CFD industry for our Athens office.

Main Responsibilities:
  •   Deal with client inquiries via telephone and email.
  •  Perform personal clientele analysis and take action as required.
  •  Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensure that high level service is provided.
  •  Promote available products and service to clients.
  •  Develop and maintain excellent relationship with prospective and existing clients.
  •  Cooperate effectively with other departments as required.
  •  Contribute to team effort by achieve targeted results.

Required qualifications

  •  College or university degree is an advantage.
  •  Client handling experience in the financial services sector is a definite plus.
  •  Fluent Arabic specker with excellent oral and written skills in English.
  •  Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
  •  Self-motivated, result oriented and problem-soling skills.
  •  Ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment with emphasis on organization, multi-tasking and time management skills.
