experience officer with experience in the Forex and CFD industry for our Athens office.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deal with client inquiries via telephone and email.
- Perform personal clientele analysis and take action as required.
- Handle client inquiries appropriately and ensure that high level service is provided.
- Promote available products and service to clients.
- Develop and maintain excellent relationship with prospective and existing clients.
- Cooperate effectively with other departments as required.
- Contribute to team effort by achieve targeted results.
Required qualifications
- College or university degree is an advantage.
- Client handling experience in the financial services sector is a definite plus.
- Fluent Arabic specker with excellent oral and written skills in English.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, result oriented and problem-soling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast paced, customer focused environment with emphasis on organization, multi-tasking and time management skills.
