Role: Rental Properties Manager & New Properties Location: Remote with occasional in- person meetings Office hours: Full time with flexible office hours Salary: - Fixed: €800 month + Bonus Responsibilities: 1. Responsible to rent available apartments and corporate with real estate agents 2. Create lease contracts with tenants 3. check Rental payments 4. organize inspections of properties 5. Organize maintenance of properties 6. Resolve Property complaints 7. Act as an intermediary between all internal and external teams to ensure a smooth close Successful candidates would have: - English, Greek languages skills. - Excellent communication skills. - Organisational and multitasking skills. - Basic knowledge of excel and analytical skills for monthly reporting.
