Customer Service Representative

WE are looking for a customer-oriented service representative for Reactive & Wordline One projects in Greece & abroad.


Responsibilities

  • Manage incoming calls
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
  • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
  • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Improve and update help desk documents

Requirements

  1. Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
  2. Familiarity with CRM systems, practices
  3. Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  4. Excellent communication skills
  5. Ability to prioritize, and manage time effectively
  6. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
