The Role

We are seeking to recruit a candidate for the role of front desk officee & Sales assistant , for the season 2024 in Zakynthos.The role has to meet the majority of the following responsibilities .

Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer Service at every car rental with the goal of both increasing sales and building a relationship of trust with customers .
• Follow up and resolve potential ΤΗΕ COMPANYcomplains that arise during the rental.
• Promotion of additional products and services beyond rental in order to optimize the customer’s experience.
• Excellent use of car rental system 
• Monitoring and understanding the competition with the aim of providing the best possible offer following the company's policy.

Key Requirements

• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar position operating in an dynamic environment 
• English fluency (written & oral ) - Other languages will be equally appreciated. 
• Advance in Microsoft office , especially excel.
• High school diploma 
• Knowledge of car rental system or similar software if not essential, but will be considered a plus.
• Car licence more than 3 years
