About the job opportunity 
As an Inbound Sales Representative, you will assist our clients in listing their ads over the phone, through email and social media all while promoting and selling our addon products as a natural extension of your conversation with the customer. Our intention is to provide and ensure a flawless and positive customer experience, making our customer's journey as effortless as possible! 

Responsibilities 
  • Receive and handle incoming calls, emails and social media requests 
  • Be able to assess customer needs on the fly and provide accurate assistance and information 
  • Enjoy and promote a sales-driven work ethic 
  • Be able to work with KPIs and meet sales targets 
  • Ensure and provide high quality of service to customers in a professional manner 
  • Be engaged! Recommend modifications to existing methods and procedures to increase the efficiency, productivity and responsiveness of our Sales Department 
  • Constantly gather and report customer feedback
  • Establish and maintain positive business relations with partners and provide daily support and guidance 
  • Have a positive and friendly attitude and enjoy working with others Job requirements 

Requirements 
  • Proven work experience in a customer support role in eCommerce environment will be considered as a plus 
  • Computer literacy 
  • Strong customer oriented mindset
  • Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills as well as a can-do attitude 
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively 
  • Experience in working with KPIs 
  • Ability to manage change and work under pressure 
  • Accountability, cooperation and integrity 
  • Striving to be excellent 
  • Bachelor's degree 
  • Good command of the English language
  • Fulfilled military obligations and the ability to communicate in Greek and English (verbal & written form, business proficiency)
